Details

The Bank of Industry (BOI), Nigeria’s oldest and largest Development Finance Institution, presents its world-class, sustainable tower. Designed to generate revenue for the Bank’s socio-economic initiatives, the facility combines cutting-edge technology with eco-friendly design.

  • Architectural Vision: Inspired by the human eye, the building features a central atrium that enhances visual connectivity and acts as a “stack effect” chimney for natural ventilation.
  • Sustainability: The North-South orientation, solar fins, and expanded mesh screens protect the glazed facade, while smart skylights and operable windows maximize daylight and cross-ventilation.
  • Smart Infrastructure: The 12-storey tower includes multi-story parking, a sophisticated Building Management System (BMS), and raised access floors.
  • Mission-Driven: Revenue from the tower supports the BOI’s commitment to job creation, entrepreneurship, and the Federal Government’s goals for transformational economic growth.
