Refunds for Products

Eligibility for Refunds

  • The product does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.
  • The product was delivered in error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Conditions for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Refund Process

  3. Upon approval, we will process the refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Returns for Products

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20% may be applied to returned items that are not defective or damaged. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and inspecting returned merchandise. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exceptions to the restocking fee may include:

  • Items returned due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items)
  • Exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour (if applicable)

Please ensure all returns meet our general return conditions. Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error may be subject to additional deductions.

Refunds and Adjustments for Services

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for engineering services are available under the following conditions:

  • Services were not delivered as agreed in the contract or scope of work.
  • Errors or defects in the service were identified and reported within 15 days of completion.

Resolution Options

  • A refund will be issued for the portion of services deemed unsatisfactory.

Exclusions

  • Custom-designed products unless defective or not as per specifications.
